About
Building Smarter Real Estate Solutions
Autonomation Lab is a real estate data and AI automation practice built on time spent inside actual deals. My background is in data and technology, with hands-on experience building dashboards and pipelines at companies like Amazon, SFO, and the City of San Jose. Combining that with my interest in real estate investing, I built Autonomation Lab to uncover deals faster and optimize the processes around them.
What used to be a week of reading recorded documents is now an OCR and LLM pipeline that runs overnight; what used to be intuition about seller motivation is now a scored, explainable model.
The "human touch" part is deliberate. Every pipeline here is built, tuned, and overseen by someone who understands the deal — not just the data. Automation handles the volume; judgment still decides what matters.
